I now realize that I was visualizing; painting a clear, detailed picture of a part of my life that I dreamed of having and brought me ultimate joy and happiness. The way we were encouraged to describe the situation too was as if it was already a reality, so I also realize that I was making an affirmation and by the nature of that 3 day workshop and being more open and less ego-driven, the channel to my authentic self, which knew all of this was open and I allowed what I truly knew, felt and desired to come through.
