A meditation program such as this won’t actively change your life. It may very well however, help you to develop what is required in your own state of mind to bring about the changes in life through a more effective way of being. the Brain Evolution System has definitely had an effect and to be honest I think it still has more in store for me, even though the sessions are over.
Whatever the outcome of any of this and whatever happens to be the case I can tell you that the benefits of meditation, any meditation are huge. I encourage you to meditate, whatever way you feel inclined to do it. A friend of mine goes running every morning and that is his meditation. It doesn’t have to be sitting crossed legged holding crystals, going ‘Ommmmm’.

In order to report on something that I thought could be of great value and benefit I decided to try it out for myself. Here are the results.
What I believe is going on here is that I have broken into a new level of self awareness and this has resulted in me attracting exactly the opportunities and situations I require to take me where I want to go. It’s very difficult to explain rationally because I still feel like the same person and I haven’t changed from the outside.

This is a quick update, as much as anything to make an assessment of any progress made since the last entry.
Again, as I have mentioned in the past I don’t feel any profound shift or major breakthrough, but this is healthy I think because I know that growth is still occurring, whilst I remain totally grounded and functional in a practical sense.
Another point I want to acknowledge is that during the last few weeks meditating lying down, which is something that Centerpointe suggest may not really be as effective as sitting upright I have found that generally the way I feel and what I could allude to as the progress I am making is no different to me.
