Awakening Two January 2009
Many things have played their part in what I see as tremendous growth in the last year and especially the huge leap in the last month, despite the physical battering. However I think whilst all of these parts (the things I read, the conversations I have with certain friends, the things I study and what I focus on) I think the catalyst is Holosync.
Awakening Two December 2008
I slacked off for a few days, but apart from that I have kept up the sessions and been ticking along as normal, but as is the case with Holosync, at least for me, there comes a point where I see something new or from a different perspective and that always seems like a sign to put an entry in the Holosync diary.
Awakening Level One October 2008
Meditation is not a race and approaching it as a way to erase all your problems is just missing the point. Holosync and similar products that have appeared since do accelerate the growth process of the brain though meditation, but the real point is that meditation cannot be hurried.
Awakening Two September 2008
So far this level is noticeably stronger than the last CD of Awakening Level One; so much so in fact that I am beginning to wonder if I was ready to progress onto this level. Maybe I should have continued on level one for a few more weeks or so. In any event, here I am and at least this is evidence that Holosync does actually work.

Holosync Diary – Awakening Level 1
The most significant comment I have received so far has been from my new wife. Until I moved to Thailand we had a long distance relationship and saw each other for a few weeks every 6 months. Recently she told me that I look significantly younger than I did last year.

Holosync Diary: December 2007
I am ready for the next level of Holosync
I have been using Awakening Prolog for about 5 months and it is quite noticeable how the intensity of its effects have decreased. This is physical evidence of an increase in threshold of my brain’s ability to process information. By that I mean the amount of what "pushes my buttons" before my temper snaps!
