A Very Productive Hiatus

During a break for the first month of the new decade I decided to cancel my email subscriptions and focus less on the typical "sales funnel" approach of capturing visitors email addresses and enticing them back to my website in the hope that they might buy something.

It works for some, but it’s not my style, so now there are no auto responder emails from me. If you sign up to the RSS feed via email (through feed burner) you’ll receive an email update of my posts, but that’s it. Ironically, since stopping all ‘Marketing’ type activity and literally adding no extra content since December the traffic to this web site has risen noticeably, so go figure!

Also, as part of my own mindset-improvement practice I am intending on writing as little about myself here as possible (after this post of course). I will be posting regular mindset tips here rather than the weekly emails via my (now closed) auto responder account.

So that’s it for the Neural Recon Report… For now at least. I’ve decided to continue my break from Holosync indefinitely, so the meditation diary will be quiet too. Besides that would be writing about myself and remember what I decided about that?

Part of my own mindset work is: Reading my own tips, getting deeper into my music and songwriting and becoming less attached to certain goals, so I can be more awake to enjoying something around me that happens to be very important… LIFE! Hey there’s a tip for ya!

I hope you enjoy the Mindset Tips. Your best bet is to subscribe to the feed.

We all have many unconscious beliefs and habits that are not doing us much good, or at best are at odds with the direction we are actively trying to steer our lives in. So many in fact that it is just too much to expect to be able to change them all at once.

Tips on Developing a Healthier Mind Set

I am about to start work on an extensive, free series of tips that will help you to change your habitual ways of thinking in the areas where you desire change. Of course, where we desire change is only what we are actually conscious of and I have found that simply by engaging in the process of applying a deliberate awareness of my day to day thoughts and internal dialog I have discovered other habitual thought patterns that I see are slowing my progress or blocking my well-being, so I can then tend to those.

We all have many unconscious beliefs and habits that are not doing us much good, or at best are at odds with the direction we are actively trying to steer our lives in. So many in fact that it is just too much to expect to be able to change them all at once.

This is the reason I am constructing a series of Neural Recon Report Tips to help you focus on one at a time- whichever one you happen to be more aware of in that moment.

The tips will delivered by email, be deliberately short and to the point, making them as quick as possible to read and to start implementing. This should hopefully make the process more fun, taking the focus away from study and hard work and onto making progress. I hope this will be of benefit. Weekly tips will be sent out to subscribers of the NRR Tips Newsletter who will also be automatically notified of new posts made here at the Neural Recon Report.

I would love to hear any opinions, ideas and feedback regarding this project. For example, would you like more than one tip per week or less?

At Your Service.
