Changing Should be Fun…

Aug 21st, 2007 | By Rob | Category: Neural Recon Report

OK. Let’s have some fun here!

I don’t want to get all serious about stuff. Deciding to purposefully change your life, your results and your world by applying various retraining to your mind’s habitual activity is an important thing to undertake, but what must be remembered at all times is that it has to be an enjoyable process.

OK, so you will come up against resistance from your old patterns that will feel rather uncomfortable at times and may even feel like a downright nightmare in some instances, but this is what will teach you that everything you fear is an illusion. Yes it may not always feel like fun, but think of it like this:

If you have a vision of what your ideal lifestyle is like and it makes you feel good thinking about it then surely the ongoing process of changing yourself, especially in your automatic behaviour that takes you closer to realizing that vision is going to bring you joy. It simply cannot be a arduous task. Difficult at times if your belief is tested to it’s limits or your ego starts shouting negative, doubting opinions from somewhere in your head, but the cause is a desirable one and one that is enjoyable to manifest.

I have been undertaking the neural reconditioning process now for 44 days and so far the results have been subtle, but noticable. I will publish a summary of this period since beginning the process and then I will post updates as I go along. Who knows what will happen on The Neural Recon Report, but I hope it will be a riveting read. I won’t hold back with any information as to how I feel or how on-target I am to my goals. It won’t be a "rose-tinted" view just to make it all sound like some amazing transformation. The truth is that whatever happens and however it unfolds it is an amazing transformation because life is amazing.
