This one really knocked me out! Like flicking a light switch the soundtrack put me to sleep in minutes and for the first few days I was waking up with a sore neck as my head had literally slumped down with my chin on my chest. Soon after I was experiencing what seemed like my old levels of anger and frustration at things and felt like things were going backwards.
