Holosync Diary: September 2007
Jun 10th, 2008 | By Rob | Category: Holosync DiaryThe following post is an historic account of the experience of practicing meditation with The Holosync Solution from Centerpointe Institute.
Dear Diary… After about 6 weeks using "Awakening Prologue" I can report on some subtle effects I have noticed. The first 2 or 3 weeks of use I was getting headaches most of the time. How much of that is directly down to use of the Holosync CD I am not sure because I also work night shifts and therefore don’t have a consistent sleeping and eating routine. It’s possible this is how my body is reacting to the Holosync soundtrack or that it has made more apparent the sensitivity to the stresses of my irregular working hours.
Called the Centerpointe support line to ask some advice about the headaches. They told me that it should not be anything to be alarmed about, but if the headaches persist for another week or so to consider ceasing use of the CD. The headaches did clear up very quickly after that and now I can sense some development. Not sure if mere words can explain properly, but the feeling is certainly one of progress.
My anger threshold seems to have increased, resulting in a generally calmer and more composed disposition. This is subtle, not drastic. I still seem like the same guy I always am, but from a few comments I have received it sounds like I may be coming across as a more likeable version of my normal self.
One word that keeps being mentioned to me when referring to things I say or do by colleagues at work, friends and relatives is "inspiring" or "inspired", Eg. "You’ve really inspired me to…" etc.

Hey there.
I thought you might like to know that I set up a website for all holosync participants to discuss various aspects to the program.
It has only just been launched, but you are welcome to join up now.
it is http://www.holosync-friends.com
Regards,
AK
Thanks Andy, I’ll check that out.
Sounds like a good idea, like a kind of support group. Keep it up.
