Current Situation
No… The title of this post is not a mistake. I actually went back back to Awakening Level 1 CD4 and decided to stay on that for at least a month, so since the beginning of October I have been back at the end of the previous level.
After reading the latest support letter I began to realize that I probably wasn’t ready to move onto Awakening Level 2. I had been on Level 1 for the required amount of time, but it was the recommended minimum period and maybe I just wasn’t ready, so after emailing Centerpointe support to ask if going back was recommended or not after using Level 2 for over 3 weeks and receiving confirmation that I could do that if I wanted to I decided that I would and in fact I have found CD4 of Level 1 is still feeling fairly strong.
It is very likely I will move back onto Level 2 in November, but I might still continue where I am for one more month to make sure. You see I think I may have been a little bit in a hurry to move on because that would mean I must be "Getting better", when the reality is that I am just who I am, no matter what. I have noticed how I do often feel the need to be somewhere else, at the next stage or up a few rungs on the ladder generally in life instead of appreciating the moment I am in and finding the treasure that is there, so I realize that not progressing quickly through the levels is fine.
In fact that awareness of one of my automatic ways of being and thinking has come about mainly, I believe, through use of Holosync in the first place.
Well apart from that I don’t really feel any major shifts in consciousness or really feel any different than I did since the last entry, but I think that’s the point with Holosync. Some people compare it with other audio-meditation programs and decide that Holosync is too slow, not effective enough or doesn’t make them feel "happy" like the others or "out of their body"…
It’s incredible to think that this is what some people seem to think is the goal of meditation. If I want to feel light-headed I think it’s easier to drink a couple of beers (yes it only takes a couple with me, sometimes one!). Meditation, the way I see it is an exercise to bring together in more synergy, the left and right hemispheres of the brain, resulting in a more balanced state of being and brain function. What manifests from this is as a by product is lower stress levels, feeling generally happier, better ability to focus more effectively in order to channel your energy toward achievement and fulfillment.
Meditation is not a race and approaching it as a way to erase all your problems is just missing the point. Holosync and similar products that have appeared since do accelerate the growth process of the brain though meditation, but the real point is that meditation cannot be hurried. It should be a part of your life instead of something to get through and complete, so you can then start your life properly. Your life is going on now and meditation is useful for connecting you with what is really running the show. Use it, savour it and don’t rush through it. that’s what I’ve learned over the last month or so.

Avoid breaking more New Year Resolutions. Break the cycle instead and be inspired to create the life you really desire.

Its was interesting to read about your going back to level 1 disk 4 after starting on level 2.
I am currently on disk 3 of level 1 and coming to the end of my first full year with Holosync, and have experienced extreme chaos and upheaval over the past 2 to 3 weeks. I have stuck with the programme though and am now entering a period of calm.
I was wondering what made you go back to level 1 disk 4. Were you in chaos as you started on level 2.
I know from experience that upheaval can feel uncomfortable as you progress through the programme, and this must have been trying for you to decide to go back to level 1.
I would appreciate any comments you have and I look forward to hearing from you.

I received support letter number 2 for Awakening Level 1 from Centerpointe after I had already moved onto Level 2. In this support letter it explained I should almost be ready for CD2 of level 1, so I could tell that this support letter was way off schedule. For some reason my support letters are coming way later than I think they should be.
Anyway in this letter it mentioned the conditions that will indicate whether you are ready to move onto the next CD or the next level depending on what CD you are on currently and after reading that I realized that I may not have been ready for Level 2; I was still falling asleep a little during CD4 level 1 and I got concerned that I maybe I wasn’t getting the benefit I could be, so I emailed support, explained the situation and asked for advice. I also asked if it was a good idea to go back or not and they told me that if I wanted to go back then it would be fine and would cause no problems.
I decided to back for one more month, but I’m going to continue for a little longer before moving onto level 2. Hope this helps.
How are you finding it right now? I have been through the chaos and discomfort stages a few times and I always come through that feeling like a much bigger and stronger person with much more personal power. Hmmm…I have been told that the process of holosync, can be compared to peeling an onion. Yes, I have had extreme upheaval, paranoia, unexplained sickesses, hot-flash symptoms without the hot (muscle and skin flairups), but when you peel an onion, you don’t have to take the whole layer off in order to get to the next layer and remove the next one, which means that the pieces of the old layer that you left, will eventually come off. So why go back, when you know you’ll get the same positive results by continuing to go forward.
I have wrestled with the decision on when to ascend to the next level, but I do it on the recommended times that Bill says, because I don’t feel that Bill means that they are the minumum times, they are generals of all the people he has worked with in the past.

I suppose that I wanted to make sure I would get the most benefit from the next level. Good analogy with the onion. I agree that what is left will fall off after continued use, but I also think it is healthy to maintain a level of composure in my day to day life. If I thought it would impare my progress I wsould have decided to just continue.

I am currently in another stage of chaos right now with disk 3 level 1. The chaos comes and goes. Today I have felt very emotional mixed with confusion. Sometimes I can feel a bit thick headed also. I have suffered from jealousy in the past and this also raises its ugly head with my partner when I am in chaos.
I have started to watch what is going on and let everything be ok and not offer any resistance to the feelings. But sometimes it takes me time to realise that it is chaos and not a mood swing.
Although it is difficult at times I am determined to see the program out until the end, and it is reassuring to know I am not encountering this upheaval on my own.

It was interesting reading about your challenges in moving to Level 2. I experienced very emotional outbursts when I moved from Level 1 disk 2 to disk 3. It COMPLETELY eliminated any remaining doubts about the power of Holosync.
I move back to disk 2, and the crying and emotional distress went away. A week later I tried disk 3 and bam, the outbursts returned. So, I gave disk 2 another week. (During this time there was a lot of upheaval around my job situation.)
Then I slowly transitioned to disk 3. One day disk 3, three days disk 2, then every second day for a few cycles, then every other day. Then I did six weeks at disk 3 before moving to disk 4.
Now I’m on disk 4 and eyeing the Level 2 package which arrived a week ago … Gamma compassion – I wonder what that’s like …
I guess I’m not far enough along in the program to relax and let it whatever time it needs. Thanks for sharing your story about moving ahead too fast and taking a step back.

Hi Elizabeth.
The main reason I went back was because I realized that I Level 1, disc 4 was still sending me way off to sleep at the time when I had marked in my diary to change.
Rather than it becoming too intense for me to deal with, it was more a case of remembering something Bill Harris says so often, which means it must be important and that is that it is not a race and if you try to go through it too quickly then you may not experience all the benfit that the program can offer.
I thought that it would be best for me to grow to a new threshold and experience the benefits of that and actually see any change in awareness of myself (and actually be aware) rather than move on and potentially miss any “a-ha” realizations about how I create my own reality and results.
I think this is the fundamental thing that is overlooked often. There is no rush to become “enlightened”. You already are, potentially. The magic comes from the things you notice and become aware of that empower you to create the life you want for yourself.
I think I’m going to write an article about this. I am starting to see that awareness is all we need to focus on for everything else to fall into place.
