Frequencies are for Levels
Al1 (Awakening level 1) - Fl4 (Flowering level 4)

However I think when I finish Awakening level 4 I will drop 
the carrier to 40 instead of 50.  I don&#039;t know if 13 levels are 
necessary.  If it goes well I would only need to go to 20 then 
5 and wouldn&#039;t have to spend more time than needed.</description>

They think I&#039;m in my mid 20&#039;s!  Holosync has really benefitted me so far, its amazing technology. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Have you continued on to Level 2 and beyond Rob?</description>

This makes me realize what Christina was asking me. Funny I didn&#039;t think about the affirmations I had recorded for the CD itself.

If you&#039;re asking have they all come true yet, in a physical sense, then the answer is no. I believe they have been effective for the most part because much of what I have affirmed for the CD does mirror much of how I have grown since starting the further levels of the program.

I won&#039;t go into detail about my affirmations, but I&#039;m pretty happy with the way things are going. Much of what I affirmed is still in the process of unfolding, but I never made any demand in my mind about them happening as fast as possible or in any specific way. I believe that being attached to when and how desired outcomes transpire is one of the strongest ways to push them further away.

This is an interesting question and one that I&#039;m not sure about really. I don&#039;t really make affirmations so much these days, at least not in the sense of sitting down and reciting positive affirmations to myself. I write down my ideal life every morning and night and that I definitely recommmend doing that.

I tend to think that the most powerful affirmations are the ones that are automatic and are said or thought without much awareness. Things like &quot;Why does this always happen to me&quot; etc.

In that respect I have much more awareness than I used to and I catch myself often if I make such a statement to myself. I have also noticed that generally the kinds of things I affirm to myself in an every day way and the way I word things are more naturally positive.

Thanks to Holosync?
Who knows? I&#039;m sure it has contributed due to meditation being a powerful builder of awareness, but it&#039;s just one part of the bigger picture.
