Our minds have become so noisy with many idle and spurious thoughts that it is a big chore to overcome that noise and really tune in to the infinite intelligence that we are connected to. Our sub-conscious minds are connected to it and ready & willing to tap into it to bring us all we desire as soon as we choose to listen & trust our subconscious.
Meditation is something that human beings have generally lost touch with. I believe that it is a huge loss to humans in general that meditation has become thought of in many circles as a weird thing to do. It should be normal practice and in fact, if it was normal natural practice for us to meditate in this day and age then we wouldn’t find it so hard, boring, tedious or uncomfortable to do. By meditating we can develop the ability to tap into the resources we have inside ourselves, which we all have with no exception and really live truly outstanding lives.
There is one problem with meditation and that is time. At least it is a problem for most of us, who just don’t want to spend decades of discipline in order to be more connected to their true power. We want it now! I am no different. For a long time I tried and failed, tried again and almost gave up with meditation, but as mentioned on the Affirmations page I stopped telling myself "I can’t do this" and I started asking "How can I successfully meditate?". It was not long that I began to discover various ways to help me do so; the most effective of which I still use with amazing results.
The methods I use now are amazing because they use audio technology that makes the meditative process easier, especially if you have a particularly noisy mind like I have (actually the result of this is that my mind is becoming less noisy). Instead of decades meditating and disciplining myself in a way that I just couldn’t imagine myself doing I can sit for 30 minutes each day and have my brain gently coerced into a meditative state, almost instantly. The effect of this is a higher threshold of stress, anger, reaction, whatever your dominant negative responses are and a more prominent sense of inner peace & well being to name just a few.
