The Answer - A Halfway Assessment

Jul 5th, 2008 | By Rob | Category: Reviews

OK. This book, so far is excellent. I was excited to find out what it would be like, but at the same time I was initially expecting it to be a re-worked repetition of information that has already been published by One Coach founders John Assaraf & Murray Smith. However, whilst much of what I have read and engaged with in the book so far up to the halfway point I have been exposed to before, it is fresh and presented in a way that I feel explains this whole process in a more practical and less mind-boggling way. The book, of course includes The Neural Reconditioning Process, which was what inspired me to start this site when I came across it a year ago.

It would appear that John assaraf has fine-tuned his methodology for the Neural Reconditioning Process and improved on how to present it and teach it. This is great news. It is not always necessary to re-invent the wheel when teaching ideas, strategies or philosophies, after all the neural reconditioning process and the philosophy behind creating your dream business is pretty much the same thing as was described by Napoleon Hill in Think and Grow Rich, but know with well over half a century of new learning since that book, we now have a more tangible explanation as to how certain application of your mind brings about the results you want, which makes the information in this book all the more plausible because we all like to see the findings of scientists to convince us of the validity of a theory don’t we?!

I am enjoying this book, mainly because I am seeing a breakthrough for myself. I purchased a program from One Coach containing DVD’s CDs and books and went through the Neural Reconditioning process exactly a year ago, which made a difference to me at the time, but I slacked off and didn’t really push much past the first 30 days of retraining my brain. I can see now that I hadn’t really been clear enough of my intentions or my vision. This time, aided by what I perceive as a better way of wording, explaining and structuring the process I am building a vision which feels so much clearer and more "This is the one" to me that I feel it was worth buying the book rather than just revisiting my DVD’s and workbook form last year.

I am enjoying the interactivity of The Answer. The notes I am writing about is making me clearer than before about my current beliefs and the ones I wish to replace with more empowering ones. I have a very bold vision about what I want for my business, which is based around my musical talents.; A vision like this would have scared me the first time and I probably would have watered it down into something I felt I could get away with doing all by myself in a small way. Now though I can see the picture of my business and the picture of me engaging with it and being so much bigger than the person I have believed myself to be in the past.

I’m only halfway through the book, but I feel I have to write this part of the review now because it will take some time to complete it, seeing as I am going over all the details of my dream business and lifestyle with a fine-toothed comb, making sure I am 100% focused like a laser on what I want to achieve, why I want to achieve it and the value to the world of achieving it.

It’s well worth looking into if you are committed to living an extraordinary life.
