The Silva method is not a new thing. In fact it first cam about nearly half a century ago as the result of extensive and detailed research into brain and mind activity by Jose Silva. A quite brilliant man by all accounts. It created huge shock waves in the personal growth world for some years and then seemed to be almost forgotten, but Jose Silva’s daughter Laura has breathed new life into it and I believe it could be one of the most important resources out there for improving peoples lives in any area, be it achieving goals, healing, gaining true happiness and making you more creative.

I can’t really give it a proper review just yet because I only invested in this product myself a few days ago and I am still engaging with the 10 module program of which I am doing one each day as recommended. So far it certainly seems impressive. laura has a lovely way of expressing the principles and explaining the techniques. Her voice just sounds really lovely and supportive as well as being very direct and intent on you listening and getting what she is telling you. Each module then finishes with a technique that puts you in a meditative state in order to exercise your mind’s ability to absorb the information and these are what you will be able to further practice regularly to improve about any aspect of your mind and therefore life.

I don’t need too much convincing that this is very powerful stuff, but I cannot give specific results yet because it will take a little practice and some self discipline to keep repeating the techniques, although some of them do have an almost immediate effect, like the technique to get rid of a headache for example. It’s worth the price for that alone in my case! This program was recommended to me by Bill Harris of Centerpointe Research, who create the Holosync Solution program, so I was already aware of the credibility of this program before I read more about it and then ultimately signed up.

In addition to the material provided there is also an opportunity to join the Silva Mind Power Center, which is a monthly subscription to a network of some powerful support resources, although I haven’t had a chance to even look into it yet. I took up the offer of the first two months access free because it seemed crazy not to.
